"The Internet Life" provides you two services:

• "Life of Your Site" visual indicator that visually represents your website activity using the artificial evolution algorithms for life simulation,
• advertisement of your site on the main page of "The Internet Life".

"The Internet Life" reserves rights to decline registration of the sites containing illegal materials including, but not limited to:

• materials, violating some copyright law,
• materials, containing threats of physical violence,
• sexually oriented materials that is offensive or inappropriate,
• promotion of the Hatred, Racism or Religious Persecution,

2. UP-TIME GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
"The Internet Life" does not guarantee the 100% up-time. However each day of a downtime will automaticly add two days to all active subscriptions.

You can request the full refund after prolonged inaccessibility (one month or more) of "The Internet Life" service only if less than 50% of your subscription period passed.

3. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password upon completing the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

5. NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any use of the "The Internet Life" service.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
"The Internet Life" reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the service with or without notice. You agree that "The Internet Life" will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

7. TERMINATION
You agree that "The Internet Life" may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your account and any associated subscriptions. Cause for such termination will include, but not be limited to:

• requests by law enforcement or other government agencies,
• unexpected technical or security issues or problems,
• engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities and/or nonpayment of any fees

"The Internet Life" provides links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because "The Internet Life" has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that "The Internet Life" is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk.
Yhe service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
